Scallion Bhajjia

Ingredients
Scallion                                 4
Besan                                    2 cups
Chili Powder                         1 tsp
Hing                                      1/2 tsp
Green Chili                            2
Salt to taste
Method
Cut the scallion into small pieces and slit the green chili..
Mix with besan, chili, Hing and salt, make a thick paste
Heat a pan with oil
Make small portion of the batter and drop them in the hot oil
Fry them till they become red.
Serve with chutney
