Method
- Brush the bread slices with olive oil.Toast them in oven or in the gas.
- Spread the hummus and then salsa. This is a healthy appetizer.
Hummus
- Chickpeas.................................1 tin
- Lemon Juice..............................2tbsp
- Tahini.......................................1tbsp
- Garlic.......................................2 pearls
- Olive Oil..................................1tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Combine all together and bend into a fine paste. Add chopped parsley.
Salsa

Method
- Cut tomato pepper, Jalapeno, garlic and coriander into small pieces.
Add salt and lemon juice and mix well.

- Boil the tomatoes(use tinned tomatoes) remove the skin.
- Mix tomato, green pepper, onion jalapeno, coriander , salt, pepper and blend them into coarsely.
