Ingredients
- Rice........................2cups
- Urad Dhal...............1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method
- Wash and soak the rice and dhal for 5 hours separately.
- Mix both well and keep overnight to ferment.
- Next day take the bowl and mix the dough well. It should be thick and foamy.
Dosa with mulakai podi |
- Heat a dosa griddle, oil the surface lightly and take 1/2 cup of dough pour and spread beginning at the center in circular motion until the batter is spread out thinly.
- Put oil around the dosa .
- Turn the other side to cook.
- Remove and serve with mulakai podi with oil. and eat.
