Cabbage Bhajjias
Ingredients
- Chopped Cabbage………. 1cup
- Besan……………………..1cup
- Rice Flour………………...¼ cup
- Ginger Finely Diced………...1tsp
- Green Chili Chopped…… 1tsp
- Red Chili Powder…………1tsp
- Asafoetida……………….½ tsp
- Ajwain................................1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves...............few
- Salt to Taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients. Add some water and make a dough.
- Heat a pan with oil, take the dough little and deep them and fry them till they become crisp.
- Serve hot with chutney.
- You can also add diced carrots/green pepper/onions/ spinach/ cauliflower with the besan and make this vada.
