Method
- Fry the semiya with 1tsp of oil till it becomes red .
- When it cools down add besan, rice flour, chili powder, chopped ginger, green chili ,salt coriander leaves and chopped onion.
- Mix well. Heat a pan with oil.
- Make balls with the dough and deep fry them.
- Serve with chutney.
