Chana Dhal 1cup
Rice 1/2 cup
Urad Dhal 2 Tbsp.
Green Chilies 2tsp
Chopped Ginger 2tsp
Curry Leaves few.
Salt to taste
Method
Soak all dhal for two hours and grind coarsely with two red chilies and salt.
Heat a pan with oil and drop one tsp batter into the hot oil.
Deep fry them all.
Serve with any chutney for tea or coffee.
Make with left over idli batter /ada batter.
