Neer dosa
I tasted this dosa from my friend Kotekar's house who is from Mangalore.I learn t from her and made it at home many times. It is very tasty and healthy with less oil.
Ingredients
- Raw rice..................2cups
- Grated coconut........1/2 cup
- Water ...................... 3cups
- Salt to taste.
Method
- Wash and soak the raw rice for about 3 hours and grind with coconut into a nice paste.
- Add salt and make it watery.
- Heat anon stick griddle apply oil and pour the batter and spread around the griddle to make it thin.
- Cook it in low flame. When it is cooked fold the dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney.
